You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Website or purchase our services. If you act on behalf of a business or property owner, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

Speak Wealth designs, installs, repairs, upgrades and maintains video surveillance systems for commercial properties, including cameras, network infrastructure, recording and storage, remote access, multi-location systems and ongoing support.

The Website describes these services in general terms. The scope, equipment, schedule and price of your project are set out in a separate quote, proposal or service agreement.

No contract is formed by browsing the Website, calling or emailing us, requesting an assessment or submitting a form. A service relationship begins when you accept a written quote or sign a service agreement.

Quotes are valid for the period shown on them. Equipment prices can change with supplier pricing, so we may need to update a quote that has expired. If your agreement conflicts with these Terms, your agreement controls for the services it covers.

To install and service your system safely, you agree to:

• Give our technicians safe, timely access to the areas where work is needed, including ceilings, roofs, network closets and power.
• Confirm you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work, including drilling, cabling and mounting.
• Tell us about hidden utilities, asbestos, restricted areas, or site rules we need to follow.
• Provide accurate network, internet and access information, and keep your own network secure.
• Review the system at handover and tell us promptly about anything that does not work as agreed.

You are responsible for how your system is used after it is installed. Recording laws vary by state and locality. In particular, you are responsible for:

• Posting any signage or notices required where you record.
• Not placing cameras where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as restrooms or changing areas.
• Obtaining any consent required before recording audio, which is more tightly restricted than video in many places.
• Handling, sharing and retaining footage in line with applicable privacy, employment and data protection laws.

We can explain common practices, but we do not provide legal advice. Please consult your own legal adviser about your obligations.

A surveillance system helps deter, detect and record incidents. It cannot prevent all crime, damage or loss, and it may not capture every event, for example because of power or internet outages, equipment failure, tampering, lighting or weather conditions, or storage limits. Speak Wealth is not an insurer, and our fees are not based on the value of your property. You should keep insurance appropriate to your business.

Unless your agreement specifically includes a monitoring service, we do not watch your cameras or respond to incidents.

• Fees are set out in your quote, agreement or invoice.
• Deposits may be required before equipment is ordered or work is scheduled.
• Invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• We may pause work or service on accounts with overdue balances after giving you written notice.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, permit fees and any work required by building owners or landlords.

Equipment we supply remains the property of Speak Wealth until it has been paid for in full. Once paid for, it belongs to you. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when equipment is delivered to or installed at your site.

Refunds, equipment returns, cancellations and warranty claims are covered by our Refund & Return Policy and by your service agreement.

Equipment is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty, and our installation work is covered by the workmanship warranty stated in your agreement. Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, vandalism, power surges, acts of nature, or changes made by others.

Your system may use apps, cloud services or remote-viewing platforms provided by third parties. You are responsible for keeping usernames, passwords and devices secure and for all activity under your accounts. Change default passwords when asked and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Third-party services are provided under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss or changes caused by a third-party provider.

We treat information about your site, security layout and system credentials as confidential. How we collect, use, protect and share personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photos and page design, belong to Speak Wealth or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, modify or distribute Website content without our written permission.

Video footage recorded by your system belongs to you.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems or another person’s account.
• Upload viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Interfere with the Website’s operation or security.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or business.
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details by automated means.

The Website may link to websites we do not control, including equipment manufacturers and software providers. These links are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of those sites.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Website, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. Warranties for equipment and services are set out in your agreement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Speak Wealth and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or property, arising from your use of the Website.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability relating to equipment and services is governed by your agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speak Wealth and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Website, your use of a surveillance system in breach of applicable law, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may update, suspend or remove any part of the Website, or restrict access to it, at any time and without notice, including for maintenance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Speak Wealth’s principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving that location, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and our linked policies are the entire agreement about your use of the Website. Equipment and services are also governed by your quote or service agreement.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continuing to use the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
